The CEC 2008 Meeting of Sunshine Enterprise was hold at SEM (Chenzhou) from Jan. 16 to Jan. 18 in 2009. Participants are the whole CEC members: Simon Huang, Andy Chen, Samuel Reese, John Zhuang, Gene Liang and Leo Huang.
One the meeting CEC numbers reviewed the great progress we've got since the first CEC meeting that hold in late September of 2008. The establishing of Sunshine China CEC initiates the new complexion of the management system for Sunshine China. As the supreme manage institution of Sunshine China, CEC is aim to lead all companies and branches of Sunshine China to keep developing market initiatively, advancing internal force and improving spirit of enterprise.
CEC adopted the advantages and different angles of view from each number, and form unified system of coordination and management. Aiming for holistic development for the while Sunshine China, at the very beginning CEC established the unified enterprise culture, shared resources in whole enterprise, exert advantages of each company, achieved strengths complementation, mutual help and make progress together.
In year 2008, each brand company conquered great difficulties such as unstable prices of commodity, wait-and-see customers, rocketing factory cost, and achieved relative excellent performance through hard and spirit working of whole staff.
The CEC meeting considered that enterprise culture is the soul of a company, and also is the center point of the company's activities and vitality. The unique enterprise culture of SE should be learned and understood by every SE employee, and be practiced in daily work.
The CEC meeting made deployments for year. Opportunities and challenges both exist in 2009 even though the international economy situation is unclear. To SE, on one hand, we need to face the economy recession, on the other hand we should realize this is also an opportunity to us. The opportunity is, there must be some competitors withdraw in such economy environment and the market will be reorganized. The companies who are experiencing good exercise to benefit the internal organs in the crisis and making preparations actively for further development, will be survived and must gain greater progress once the economic recover.
The meeting called on all companies to enhance the corporation management control the cost, upgrade the quality and shorten the delivery time for enhancing the company competitiveness. Import 6Signma and Lean management concept. Upgrade the product and working quality, raise the efficiency and reduce the cost.
The meeting has confirmed the great improvements of the smooth communication and coordination with companies and US headquarters after CEC establishment, And the meeting further defined the future communication ways: Companies should communicate with each other regularly every week. SET sales department and SET service department are in charge of the orders, and Engineering department will responsible for the engineering issue, for quality issue, Sam need report US regularly and actively. The vendors should do their best to reduce the cost, shorten the delivery time, upgrade and maintain the quality, and step up the communication with SET and Sales department, backup for the sales working. The sales department and service department should try their best to develop the markets and well serve the customers. SET, sales department, vendors must be in a same boat and take full advantages to support the US sales
In 2009, SET need expand the markets, esp. in Europe and Australia, expand the markets of the MAST and Hoist and mass climber. To develop, enlarge the products categories, looking for M & A (mergers and acquisitions) opportunities, strength the China company. Under far-sighted and keep in view and plan for SET future and rounts of three, five, ten years.
Through seriously analysis of the economical situation of the company, the world and country, we look the forward 2009 and the future development with confidence. We have every reason to believe that SET will fully overcome the temporary difficulties which brought with international economical situation. Sunshine Enterprise, many opportunities are in front of us. We will get the greater achievement than 2008 at the many products. And. We will have more powerful potential big customers' information, we will develop the Europe market which was not been considered before. And so on.
